If you’re like most small- to medium-sized offices in the Petoskey area, you’ve managed some or all of your computers and equipment yourself. Calling in outside IT help at an hourly rate can be difficult because you don’t want to have to pay someone else to get up to speed on your system – and you’re never sure how long it will take to fix the problem. It can cost you a small fortune, too.

So, for a limited time, we are offering the First Hour Free to the first 25 new customers who call us for hourly break/fix work.

Here’s How it Works: Our regular hourly rate is $85 an hour in quarter-hour increments. If you are a new customer, we will come to your site and work on your problem for free for the first hour. If it takes an hour or less, you pay nothing. After the first hour, if your project takes longer, we will stop and assess how much it will take to finish the job. This way, you can see for yourself what Chesley can do for you.

After the first hour, all we ask to continue the work at our regular rate is to put your organization’s valid credit card on file with us. You will be billed later and don’t have to use the credit card on file to pay. Payments are due within 20 days of receipt of invoice.
